Submitting an order or deposit does not guarantee final acceptance of the sale.
We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel transactions due to pricing errors, availability, or verification issues

If an order is canceled by us, any payments made will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

 

  1. Customer Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel a purchase before final agreement signing or delivery.

  • Cancellation requests must be made promptly
  • Once the sale is finalized and documents are signed, the transaction becomes non-cancellable and final

 

  1. Deposits

Deposits placed to reserve an RV:

  • Secure the unit and remove it from public availability
  • Are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • May be refunded only if the sale cannot be completed due to factors on our side

 

  1. Yes On  Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of this repossessed cars:

  • All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges after delivery or pickup
  • We are responsible for verifying the condition of the vehicle good conditions prior to purchase

We always inspections, walkthroughs, or third-party evaluations before completing your purchase.

 

  1. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued under limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Orders canceled by our team before completion
  • Situations where the vehicle becomes unavailable

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
